. This has helped us to further improve our maintenance service to tenants, improve our accounting and invoicing accuracy by making sure time and materials get properly billed. This has helped us move away from traditional ad-hoc spreadsheet management to become more efficient.
For construction trade contacts or larger scale projects, such as leasehold builds, roof replacements, or asphalt repair; we have the ability to leverage the expertise of our affiliated company, Jamwood Developments Inc.. Jamwood Developments has been in the construction business for over 25 years, and has specialized in small to medium sized (up to $1.5M) commercial construction and interior renovations projects for government and private companies alike. Its full-time staff includes a civil engineer who performs estimating and project managing functions and longtime skilled trades people who have been with the company for many years.
